These terms govern any project ordered through Dexivio.

The work

Each project is delivered to the scope agreed in the order, including the inclusions and add-ons selected at checkout. Two revision rounds are included on every project unless the order specifies otherwise. Additional rounds are available on request.

Discovery and drafts

Most projects begin with a discovery call. The first draft is delivered within the timeline shown on the order, typically 5 to 7 working days. Where express delivery has been selected, the timeline is set out in the order line.

Use of the work

On full payment, you may use the delivered work for any personal or commercial purpose tied to your career or business. You may not resell the work as a template, redistribute it as a service, or claim authorship of the writing.

Confidentiality

Project content is confidential. We will not share names, employer details, or document content with anyone outside the project. Public testimonials only appear after written consent from you.

Acceptable use

The dashboard, messaging, and file storage features are provided for project delivery. They may not be used to upload unlawful content, to harass, or to attempt to access another customer's data.

Liability

Dexivio's liability for any single project is capped at the amount paid for that project. We do not guarantee outcomes such as interview calls, offers, or specific compensation levels.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. On closure, your data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for accounting or legal reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts at the studio's registered address.
