POLICY
Privacy
Dexivio collects only the information needed to deliver the work you have engaged us for. This page sets out what we collect, how we use it, and how you can ask for it to be removed.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide on the contact form, the checkout, or your dashboard. Name, email, phone, country, the role and industry you are targeting.
- Project content. The CV, cover letter, LinkedIn copy, deck, or website material you upload or that we produce together.
- Account and order metadata. Order IDs, invoice numbers, payment status, session timings.
- Anonymous analytics from Vercel Analytics. We do not run third party advertising trackers and we do not set marketing cookies.
How we use it
- To deliver the project you have ordered.
- To send you the written confirmations, draft notifications, and invoices that the project requires.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations in the relevant jurisdictions.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use your project content to train AI systems.
Storage and security
Project content is stored in Supabase, on managed infrastructure, with row level security applied so that only your account can read it. Files are scanned for type and size at upload. Access logs are retained for security review.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the contact address. Requests are answered within 14 days.
Updates
If this policy changes in any material way, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
