Refund policy

We want every project to land well. Where it does not, this is how refunds work.

Before the discovery call

If we have not yet held the discovery call, you can cancel for a full refund. Write to us within 7 days of payment.

After the discovery call, before the first draft

A 60% refund is available. The remaining 40% covers the writer's time on the discovery call, preparation, and the early drafting that will already have started.

After the first draft is delivered

Refunds are not available once the first draft has been delivered. The included revision rounds remain in place, and additional revision rounds can be added if needed. We will not finalise the document until you and we both think it is right.

Coaching and consulting sessions

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no charge or refunded in full. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours, or missed without notice, are charged at the full session rate.

Decks and websites

The same rules apply, scaled to the project structure. For website projects, the refund window steps down at each agreed milestone. The applicable schedule is shown on the order before checkout.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order ID and a sentence on what is not working. We answer refund requests within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically inside another 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
