Before this, I spent more than a decade running IT programmes across pharma, banking, healthcare, ERP, cloud, and a few industries that most people would not put on the same CV. The work put me in steering rooms and interview panels almost every week.
After a while, I noticed something simple. Most strong professionals do not present themselves the way they actually work. The CV becomes the bottleneck of the career.
Dexivio came out of that observation. What started as informal help for friends and colleagues became the work I am most known for. I write each CV myself. There is no junior writer, no template engine, no questionnaire that gets returned with new formatting. Every project begins with a real conversation, and ends with a document that reads like it was written by someone who understood the work, because it was.
I write for everyone. A graduate going after their first serious role. A specialist switching industries after eight years. A director negotiating a senior offer. A founder rebuilding their personal brand after an exit. The approach changes for each. The standard does not.
